As a result of the 2006 elections, Ohio's political landscape has shifted dramatically. Ohio's election of a Democratic Governor, Secretary of State and Treasurer, has positioned the Senate Democratic Caucus to re-establish a Democratic Majority. I am running as a first time candidate to help complete the change that we started together in 2006. My family has long been committed to public service and at a young age, the importance of giving back to our community was strongly emphasized. I am running for State Senator to give back to this community that has given me so many great opportunities to succeed. As your next State Senator, I want to ensure that future generations have the same chance to succeed.
